Just like Coach Webb said, all of these guys are getting this stuff from Freddy Roach. It was him that put out those lies. Why are you guys listening to what Roach said like its Gospel.

He says this everytime they are about to fight. That Floyd wanted 154 and 10oz gloves when it was never ever true. Roach is just talking ish and everyone believes it like its true. Its not.

Why would Floyd want 154 when he wasnt even fighting at 154? You think people wouldnt rip him for that? He wouldnt make himself look dumb like that. Stop believeing everything Roach says

pac was ready to go in 2009, until floyd began his merry go round of excuses.

first his blood testing request - to which pac agreed

then the "no negotiations" story which was exposed by HBO themselves - thus forcing floyd into a one year retirement

i believe next came the "you're next" - "i never said that" incident

then floyd turned himself in to buy time to think of his next excuse

no need to mention the latest excuses, which are the flat fee offer and moving out of pacs division to fight his leftovers
You forgot to add in the Maywather demand for Pacquaio's training to be only in the United States, as well as the impossible $100 millions demand by Mayweather to hold the fight in South Africa, Singapore and Dubai. Maybe a rumour or two here, but there's been an ongoing court case by a guy who was employed by Zinzi Mandela to arrange the fight. Mayweather demanded $10 mill up front before he'd even speak to him.

An utterly unpredictable and impossible guy to deal with.

That wasn't the point of my post. The point of my post was that if he doesn't shoot up, with 8oz gloves he would feel the pain and punches more.

But now let me explain to you the reasoning to what you believe was the point behind my post. They already had an interview with a doctor about this which was posted in one of those threads lurking around. She said by having numb hands you do not feel the pain OR anything at all for that fact. Therefore it does not bother you and you will be throwing punches at will with every speed and every force that you can.

Think about it, if you know your hands are fked up and you land a strong punch you will not be throwing that punch any more with as much power but if you don't feel anything what are you gonna do? Just wail away hitting your opponent like nothing is wrong with you.

Stop lyin, it was never a demand that he only train in the U.S. That was a concern that was brought up by Mayweather Sr. during an interview with On The Ropes radio. But Mayweather Jr. himself never mentioned that. And the whole thing with the Mandela's, you should do your homework on. No one would demand $10 million upfront just to have a conversation, are you joking? Now to close the deal -- maybe that would be possible.

You do realize Floyd used 8 oz gloves in his recent fight, right? The Mayweather vs. Ortiz fight used 8 oz gloves. It's amazing you people make statements without doing your homework first.

Decided to follow up on the Mandela thing. Interrresssttting....... The Los Angeles agent, Duane Moody, was awarded $7.5 mill in damages against Mandela. But her lawyers say that the actual principals in the affair were a Sth African promotional Co and ....wait for it....VisionQuest. And VisionQuest say that Moody had nothing to do with it, they never knew him or saw him. And Mandela's people say that she was an advisor for the Sth African Co. because it was all about her father's 93rd birthday.

Isn't it interesting that VisionQuest seem to have been Mayweather's agents. Puts a different light on their immediate firing by MannyP that all the crazies were so stirred up about......
