Didnt Floyd say that it was himself who signed this contract back in 09 and that Pac never signed? I could have sworn he stated this during his exclusive interviews with Ben Thompson of Floydhype.

According to this article, it was Pac who signed and not Floyd.

Are you dense or something? It was clearly stated at the start that Floyd 'wanted' to use 10 oz gloves. It was never claimed that that was what they agreed upon.

I think 154 and 10oz gloves was a starting point for negotiations. I don't think Floyd ever really expected to get those things.

I don't know why he's gone for 8oz gloves, given his brittle hands and that Cotto is supposedly the puncher. Maybe he's planning on beating Cotto up like he did Gatti.

From the reports posted, it showed that Floyd 'wanted' to use 10 oz gloves against Pac. That he did not get what he 'wanted' is beside the point.

The question to you guys which so far none of Floyd fans have dared to answer is why did Floyd want 10 oz against Pac but 8 oz against Cotto at the higher weight of 154.

That something was the blood testing that team pac renegged on at the last minute. Yes it was team pac who refused to.agree with a stipulation that they had already known about, not team mayweather.
