I mean do these guys simply refuse to acknowledge that Pacman wouldn't even fight Cotto above a mannyweight of 148, the 2012 version?
If Pacman won't fight 2012 version of Cotto where he's healthy, how does he beat a healthy Martinez at 154?? Seriously.
    I will keep it real..

PAC IS A HYPE JOB, AND WILL SOON BE EXPOSED, BECAUSE HE NEEDS THE MONEY....

ITS ONLY SO LONG PEOPLE CAN PRETEND...

There is literally no way in hell Pac beats Martinez, I wouldnt even give pac x4 rounds, and it wouldnt go the distance either!!!!

    IM JUST SAYIN'

Martinez has never fought anyone with hand speed.

      He's not difficult to find.

Two reasons why Pacquaio at the very least has somewhat a chance.

Pacquaio would also be the best fighter he's faced.

I'm not saying Pacquaio will win but it isn't a fight he can't win.

      He should take the fight.

Has Pacman faced anyone as fast as Sergio??

Is Pacman himself hard to find??

Not at all, is the answer to both questions.

That's why it's an intriguing fight to me it's winnable but a very big risk the biggest risk of his career to date so as far as I'm concerned I want to see it happen at 154.

That's what I'm more interested in.

Manny has the capabilities to really enhance his legacy. 20 years from now, people will not acknowledge Pac's catchweight wins at 147 and 150.

If he beats Martinez at 154, he will be included in the same sentence as Duran who was Pac's size, but did what Pac is contemplating on doing.

I don't even want to see the fight myself because I was once a Pacman fan. But after seeing a shot Sugar Shane dance his way to the final bell against a befuddled Pacman & a lightweight arguably beat Pacman, this fight is pointless at this point IMO.

I see Martinez controlling the ring & distance of the fight with Pacman not cutting of the ring, scared to throw as Martinez counters & hurts him with every connect en route to a 1 sided beatdown & exposure of the most overrated fighter alive.

                Floyd also Ducked Martinez's Daddy!

I'm not sure I don't think Martinez has the pure counter punching style that would dominate Pacquaio. He likes to get off first with his speed advantage in both feet and hands he won't have that with Pacquiao which is another reason why I think the fight is intriguing.

As for Martinez controlling the fight with foot movement and so forth? Yeah, I could see that but at the same time he has some weaknesses that Pac could exploit and vice versa.

I think it's a good fight and one of, if not the best fight out there for either so I want to see it.

Martinez is all wrong for Pac, he has real speed, power in both hands, and most importantly is a good counter fighter.
He would knock Pac out in my opinion.

I agree. It's a fight that will enhance his legacy drastically.

I personally wouldn't put him amongst the likes of Duran but either way it still gets him closer to that level than he is now.

Even the idiots who think he's a Top 10 ATG, this fight would still enhance his legacy.

I don't understand why so many people are so reluctant for this fight to happen. Coming up with excuses as to why it shouldn't because of the size etc.

Is it risky? Hell yeah, it's very risky. Because that's what makes you great.
