            Martinez is the recognized middleweight "king" yet he doesn't have a belt. It's not fair to have him waste his fighting years until the champion feels prepared... only in boxing, as far as I'm concerned.

              It's all very well to say Junior is still learning and is gradually being stepped up in terms of the class of fighter he's asked to face but how do you explain that career standing about a guy who's almost 26, been a pro for over 8 years and is supposed to be the MIDDLEWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WORLD. It's the kind of thing other sports fans find confusing and bewildering about our sport.

                    He didn't pose much a real threat in my opinion but yes! This is a good win for JR. He is steadily improving. He should try to face Sturm or Lee next if Margarito doesn't happen. I think it will though because it can still sell.
