Was "La mancha" even trying to put power behind his punches? The right uppercut was there the whole damn fight and he may have thrown 2. Martinez may not knock him out being that Jr. comes in at a middle linebacker weight every fight but he will slice him up and box his ears off. Maravilla is too quick and his footwork will give him all sorts of problems.

Good Win and It's an effective style for JCC Jr. I thought Rubio was going to perform better than he did but, Jr. overpowered him with his size and strength. Jr. pretty much controlled movements of Rubio even trapping him in the corners. His body shots seem solid in the earlier rounds as well.

The Martinez fight has gotten more interesting now. Although I think Sergio will win, Jr.'s chances improves especially if he can control the distance and uses his size advantage against Sergio.

I think he regressed. He looked really good against Manfredo, but he went into that ****** billygoat style again and it wasn't very effective.
