No way would he be P4P#1. IMO, he would not take Floyd's spot at #1 if he beat Pac.
On a sidenote, I'd like to point out the common opponent these two had in Shane Mosley. Miguel Cotto fought the MUCH better version of Mosley. The guy got old during the Mayweather fight, it was pretty damn clear.Comment

Mosley, would also say Marquez's reign at lightweight is much more impressive, even Juan Diaz's done better at lightweight.
Remember I not saying Cotto ranks above him now, but if he beats Pacquiao.Comment

Two things, first, this not about p4p, it about who will have the better resume. No way would he be P4P#1. IMO, he would not take Floyd's spot at #1 if he beat Pac.

second, they share more than one common opponent.Comment

Corley, Sosa, Mosley who else? I know Cotto beat two of them more impressively but does that mean anything considering Floyd already ran through them?Comment

He was responding to a earlier comment of mine saying that the fighters Floyd fought at superfeather would not make the top 5 fighters that have fought at that weight since 2000s.
I think I was right in my original assessment.Comment
