Did you start watching boxing in 2006? Are you going to completely discount what Floyd did at 130 and 135?

Plus, he's just the better fighter. Anyone who knows anything about boxing can just watch them fight and see it clear as day.

I would be hard pressed to find a win on Cotto's resume better than Mayweather's Corrales or De La Hoya wins.

Was not a strong era of superfeathers IMO, just really Castillo at 135lbs.

Decent fighters but not even the top five of since 2000 at their weight.

C'mon a part time boxer, 1 fight in the previous 2 and a half years. Cotto's win over Mosley is better than that.

And Cotto would have Pacquiao on his record

Nope, but that would be a great feature if Cotto avenged both his loses.

they both beat Mosley and Judah. Floyd fights at 130-135> rest of Cotto career

Floyd 140-154 run> Cotto beating Pacquiao

I disagree. And the fact that Mayweather also hold a win over Mosley kinda discounts that as well. And realistically the next best win Cotto has is probably either Judah or Clottey, pretty underwhelming if you ask me.

                      Mosley, Margarito, maybe.

But my question asks would he rank higher should he beat Pacquiao.

That win clearly surpasses anything Floyd has done by some way.
