  • If you don't agree with the belief that Ali and SRR will beat everyone, you've obviously never watched them fight.

When you claim Frazier was a one armed fighter who only used his left you make it obvious that you don't know what you're talking about.

      • Did I ever say he was a one armed fighter? Or did you imply that?

You damn sure did say it. You said Frazier ONLY looked to land his left hook. What else could that mean?

Should I have said he was left hook happy then? Would that have better portrayed what I meant?

You said what you said and that's all I'm commenting on. Frazier had a balanced attack with both hands." Left hook happy " would be David Tua who was no Frazier.

Look. I never said all Frazier does is the left hook. I said he looked to land the left hook only. Which is fucking true. Even professional boxers mention that Frazier looked too much for the left hook. You'll probably come back with some bullshit like "well, professional boxers don't always know..." yeah whatever.

And Ali does not have significant SPEED over Holyfield. HANDSPEED =//= FOOT SPEED. Holyfield could keep up, Ali could probably get off faster than him but to say Holyfield wouldn't keep up, you obviously got blinders on aka biased.

Another mainstream belief was that when the sun goes down, it was shunning the people so they needed to make sacrifices to the sun so it will come up the next day.

So, stick to your mainstream belief if you want to. All it means is, you can't think for yourself. Instead you regurgitate what others have said without knowing why they said it, just to please the people around you.
Strangely enough a lot of people still don't watch many fights they comment on even though it's all there for them to watch free of charge.

You'd think Boxing fans would jump at the chance of that.

Oh, and Ali is without question faster than Holyfield with both his hands and feet.

Nah, you would've been against it either way. A person who has an issue with something the way it was said would have an idea of how to have better portrayed the meaning. I could have said left hook happy, you'd still take the same stance.

You can believe what you want but when even professional boxers, fellow ATGs comment on him favoring the left hook too much. I am not the only one who believes what I do.

Yeah but I don't see the reason in trying to use that argument you know? I'm not 50 years old, so I didn't see it in person but obviously the outlets are available. I even have espn classic which happens to show all the old fights all the time. So it's like childish to go you've never seen it, specially when what I am saying isn't ridiculous like Mayweather would be untouchable against Robinson or Pacquiao would mop the floor with Armstrong.

And the Ali thing. I never said Holyfield was faster than Ali in foot or handspeed. What I was getting at was Ali's normal distinct advantage. I'm talking pacquiao-hatton like advantage of being head and shoulders faster, isn't as big of a gap against Holyfield.

And like I said. Ali would probably get punches off faster but I believe Holyfield could keep up. Whether that is by him being naturally fast or by clever ring movement. I believe he wouldn't be made a fool of by the speed disparity.

                    I see your point.

                    Fair enough.

I like Vitali so don't get on my case. I'm in agreement with you with Vitali being able to beat Ali. So don't go after the guys on your side.
That's cool but Vitali got the better of Lennox in that fight no matter what the cuts indicated. I don't like how everyone denies how Vitali was handling Lennox barring the unfortunate cuts.
