Yes it is true that empty vessels make the most noise. You obviously know a little about something and want to elaborate. You can go to a science website to discuss your puny thoughts about from ape to human but we both know that what you know is so little and insignificant that you can only get into a potentially winnable discussion on a boxing site where you first try to find out your opponents education level (probably because you are not educated yourself).

I on the other hand know lots about lots (even biological evolution) (yes).
Lets just talk about Boxing ok? no need for the lesson.

he's so well rounded that juan luis castillo beat him the first time.

he's so well rounded that demarcus corley and zab judah put hands on him.

he's so well rounded that a 38 year old 1 year & 5 months inactive shane mosley almost KHTFO.

Would pernell whitaker even have trouble with somebody like castillo?

Ill answer that one for you young *****. No pernell wouldnt have trouble with cesar chavez's sparring partner.

      GTFO with this ridiculous bullcrap.

You've yet to demonstrate you know anything. The fact that you think Floyd is some form of "evolved" creation is sufficient to discredit anything you might say. I seriously doubt you've watched any fighters from further back than say 10 years ago.....yet you're claiming Floyd has somehow "evolved" into some sort of higher level of being as a fighter than those fighters you've never even seen: A laughable proposition if it wasn't for the fact it's so ****ing sad that you actually believe it.

Hell, Lu Delvalle put hands on Prime Roy Jones, and Doug Jones put hands on Prime Ali.

It should be mentioned that Lou Del Valle was Jones' sparring partner and knew Jones' habits ... both good and bad.

Its very different fighting someone who has made a living learning to give specifically YOU a hard time than it is against someone who just has films to watch.

And by the way ... its boxing. People are going to "put hands" on each other occasionally.

and I'd say Julio Cesar Chavez was more well rounded.

Incredible offense both upstairs and to the body
              Real power.
              Superb chin
              underrated defense
              a lot of heart
              great technician
              great finisher
              great stamina
LMAO Chavez more well-rounded than Mayweather? You've got to be joking. I'm guessing you've never watched Chavez's fights against Whitaker or Meldrick Taylor.

Mayweather has such terrible skills that he was competitive against Castillo with an injured rotator cuff.

Mayweather has such terrible skills that he dropped Corley twice and dominated Judah for the last 8 rounds of their fight.

He has such poor skills that he overcame an early lapse to dominate the most feared WW in the division at the time.

Whitaker is so well rounded that his ko ratio is less than 50%, and I can't imagine an injury free Mayweather losing to Jose Ramirez.

No, Boxing Writers Association of America(BWAA) wasn't convince about his performance and went on to chose Manny Pacquiao, as "The Fighter Of The Decade" & FOTY, who later on, established a World Record winning 8 Title in diff Weight Division.

                  .

So because Whitaker beat Chavez that makes him over all a more well-rounded boxer?
you can be the most well rounded boxer in the world and still lose.

btw didn't Meldrick get stopped and pretty much get his career ended in that fight?

Says he beat castillo on BoxRec, Did I miss something? Oh btw he had one arm.

48 minute fights, 2 guys in a ring, they are going to put hands on each other -_-

Shane Mosley almost knocked out Floyd? REALLY? Was Floyd going to be the first person in boxing history to be knocked out while still on his feet? How can you say he almost got knocked the **** out if he didn't even touch the canvas?

Would Pernell Whitaker have trouble with a torn rotator cuff? I think he would yes.
