    Lets do a thought experiment.

Lets say Floyd fights a Prime Roy Jones. Roy fights from the outside, and all of Floyds counter punches come up an inch and a half short of the target. Roy wins every round easily.

Does that make Floyd any less of a counter-puncher, or does it just mean that he couldn't execute because the man he was fighting had too much of a range advantage?

Juan Diaz defining win is a Stoppage of Acelino Freitas, who handed Casamayor his first defeat.

Castillo was a tough dude, very good, but Diaz was better.

You really have to be a hell of a fighter to get where Diaz got with absolutely no power to speak of.
Apparently you didn't see that Casamayor-Freitas bout and apparently you have no sense of time. More important than who is when. William Joppy holds a win over Roberto Duran. I think that makes him an ATG.

Casamayor would have beaten Diaz worse than Campbell did.

Pivoting... turning pacquiao and throwing counters where Mosley failed to do so. Timing and catching him every time he even tries to leap in... and eventually, like you said, just putting the fight in a phone booth.

He obviously has to change he's style with a boxer cause there would be no fight . Since the boxer wont be the aggressor just jab and moving no more than 2 punches he cant wait all night to counter

Reach disadvantages become more of an issue as a fighter moves up in weight because their mobility suffers so they can't use their feat to change range as effectively as they could at lower weight classes.

Doubt it. Casamayor needs his space to work, he would have been very uncomfortable with the kind of workrate that Diaz puts in.
