RD 7 was immediately after the bout was stopped. Vitali was in his face.. ready to continue & LL wasn't having it babbling about a rematch & punch drunk when Larry Merchant intervied him... if you had any common sense.. you'd realize rd 7 was LL'S NO rematch.... retirement incentive instead clause he issued Vitali.. so LL wasn't there when the bell for rd 7 was set to ring.. he knew Vitali was going to come out to HELL'S BELLS & had momma write him a retirement note once she stared into the eyes of one Dr. Ironfist..... kapish!

theres more great quotes from him in that thread about KO stoppages that completley contradict what he's been saying in this one, but i couldnt be bothered quoting them all.

I might bring out a Vitali interview saying he turned down a Lewis rematch later on though just to see what his reaction is!

Moorer did NOT outslug Big George like Vitali did to Lennox... didn't have Big George on ***** street like Vitali had LL & had fine porcelain for a chin & got KTFO & counted out while being in dreamland. Vitali was ready willing & able to continue taking it to LL well after the quack doctor at ringside gave LL an early christmas present>>>> kapish...... MORON!
Actually most don't say that and I wasn't poking fun at anyone but Mr. Sensitive. You nuthuggers are overly paranoid.

          • Who went the distance with Vitali? Timo Hoffman. Kevin Johnson. Shannon Briggs.

Who was the best fighter Vitali defeated? Tomasz Adamek? Sam Peter?

            C'mon.

When Vitali beat Corrie Sanders for the WBC belt, the IBF champ was Chris Byrd (who had a win over Vitali). The WBO champ was Lamon Brewster, who destroyed Wlad. Seven-footer Nicolay Valuev was a top, undefeated contender.

Who did Vitali fight? Danny Williams.

This guy hasn't exactly been knocking off the cream of the crop.

He's fought 44 different names & outboxed & outslugged them just the same... Names mean shet when fighting Vitali.. result is the same regardless of ANY name you put opposite him in the entire boxing ALMANAC. ALL 45 OPPONENTS he faced never faced him again or came within a boxing ring of him... that's YOUR ultimate indictment.. HOW about rephrasing the question to who;s he EVER fought again?

Name ANY prominent heavyweight that's ever lived who can state he's NEVER had a rematch because ALL 45 OPPONENTS OF HIS HAD BEEN OUTSLUGGED & OUTBOXED THOROUGHLY? That's the ultimate criteria of his beatdowns... names are meaningless when the results are EXACTLY the same each & every time out...

That & aT LEAST A dozen other heavyweight records & accomplishments that he ALONE has achieved is HIS resume.. I don't NEED HIS OPPOSITION'S RESUME to decipher Vitali's resume like most haters out there. Vitali stands alone in what he's done to his opposition in the entire history of the heavyweight division...

THOSE ARE THE FACTS YOU haters try to twist around any way you can. It IRKS ALL of you's to know that this is UTTERLY factual & not even close to debating.. so instead of admitting this 100% factual data.. you have to scramble & tear it down with various excuses that HAVE NOTHING to do with how he's performed against all 45 different opponents & everything to do with how lackluster his opponents resumes are when MOST if not all of them received the WORST beating they eveer endured against anyone else they ever faced...

That's your true criteria & actual resume enhancer if we were keeping it COMPLETELY real but since we don't & boxing is mostly centered on a popularity contest & NOT actually performance in the ring we get to tear down the absolute most dominating boxer that's ever been with ALL size & strength advantages his against any fighter that's ever been.. His size strength & skill>> the 3 SSS in unison has NEVER been surpassed yet we keep on doubting his worth or his merits when he holds more than a dozen career heavyweight boxing records..

I CHALLENGE ALL OF YOUS to find another boxer you can state that about IN ANY DIVISION... trust me i know when the haters read this it goes out one ear & comes out of the other but deep down you know there's an inkling of absolute truth to what i;m stating here.. as everything i'm stating is based on factual occurences & opinions that are derived from them. IM NOT BRINGing this out my A$$$$... there"s a reason he's the ONLY one to do what i stated & as soon as you come to grips with the fact it's because of him ONLY & not his opponent'[s inept performances or resumes... the sooner you will believe the truth.... he's that GREAT.... YOU JUST DON'T want TO believe it.

Not Chris Byrd, thats for sure. Didn't rematch him even though he lost to a former super middleweight who made him miss all night long, was never in trouble, had him sucking wind by the 6th, landed only 8 less punches the entire fight in spite of giving up huge height and reach advantages. Didn't rematch him even though he announced how sorry he was and that he promised to get his belt back. I guess in your mind its ok for him to change his mind, but it's not for Lewis even though he won.

Most of the super bias Klitschko fans say that Vitali would have deal't with Frazier like Foreman did. That's total rubbish I say, Vitali dosen't have the same power as Foerman and they fought nothing alike. I think Frazier coukd easily avoid Vitali's Jab and straight rights with his incredible head movement and **** away at Vitali's body. Frazier was also all over his opponents, if there's a ref that's really strict on holding, Frazier could just give Vitali no room to do his thing.
You are absolutely out of your ******** mind to insinuhate that Frazier outboxes Vitali Klitschko. Smoking Joe would knock him out with the first left hook he threw before that would ever happen & we all Know THAT second statement i just made happens whe n hell freezes over. So just because Frazier out boxes the Great Ali.. he does it to Klitschko? Is this your argument? Or are you forgetting about styles making fights or the fact Ali ARGUABLY HAS BEEN outboxed in his career at least a half dozen times when Vitali has NEVER been close to being outboxed even when he was having his worst nightmare while in his sleep.. So Vitali doesn't hit as hard as Big George yet it's Vitali more likely to get me a KO... has a bigger reach.. better jab.. If SMOKIN jOE THOUGHT he had to lunge at Foreman WHAT would he have done against Vitali.. boobbed & weaved straight into his power.. that's what... look up Solis & see what happens when a fighter lunges trying to get at Vitali.
