Of course he can. The question is, how consistently can he do it for the whole fight? That's the big factor you have to look at when it comes to beating Floyd. It's not about catching him flush at a few times in a round or two[and hitting him in every rounds] because that's very easy to do against every defensive wizards, but it's more so about consistently landing your punches at a high consistent accurate level for the whole fight. And by accurate, i don't mean that you can throw 20 punches per round and landing 10 per round 50%, because that won't be effective enough even though it's very accurate.
If by any chance you catch him flush and can't get the KO victory, then you're eventually going to have to find a way to land your punches consistently just to keep up with him landing on you because he'll have an easier time landing his punches on you than you will have landing on him. If by any chance that Manny throw 60 punches per round, he must connect at least 30% of them[18 punches per round], that would be enough to not only keep up with Floyd on the scorecard; but he would have the advantage of winning the fight due to having the higher punching output to win it on activity alone.
