perhaps, you are referring to skills, right? i respect your opinion, but somehow, i disagree...
people are misenterperteiin what i was trying to say witth this thread

they act as if im dissing him because im not completly praising him

    he is better

but not a different fighter or "evolved"

part of him being so dominant is his punches and feet being riducluosly fast for the welters he faced to handle and he can take and dish out punnishment with bigger guys

skill wise he is only slightly better imo

I am referring to actual skillset.

Manny's skillset hasn't changed much, if at all, since the first Morales fight.

He still boxes in the same in and out style, he still can't manage to cut the ring off whatsoever, he still fights on the same crazy angles, he still tends to lead with his left more than his right, etc....

He's just significantly faster than most of his opponets, and much more comfortable in his abilities now than he was at the lower weights. Maturity also plays a big role in this, IMO.

whatever he had at 130 was already special. we all know fighters at lower weights are known for their speed and agility compared to bigger guys so for pac to be able to bring that whole package to welterweight is more special. of course he also made some refinements in some of his techniques while going up so whether he didn't get that much better is not really trying to prove a point.

No. Put anyone againts his last 5 opponents and they would do just as well as Pac, if not better.

Funny! So you reffering to Mosley who lose to Pacquiao in a dominating fashion every single round? Watch Pac figthts against Sasakul and Ledwaba or some of his early fights. Pac already learned the "cutting of the ring" early in his career. He just didnt use it as much anymore as he doesnt need too when he knows all his opponents are losing to him in every single round.

They're F'ing sheep. You're a Pac fan but just questioning his improvement means you're blinded...Sometimes I'm ashamed to be considered part of this fan base.

                    i know right???

its not *****g him down at all

i just think the reason he is beating bigger guys is cause he has the style to beat bigger guys

just becauseim not repeating what bob arum and roach say durring a 24/7 ep. means im a hater

i route for the guys almost every ***in time

and im one of the few who thinks pac marquez is gonna be good

pac will be a clear winner maybe even by ko but marquez's style capitaizes on pacs mistakes

im a fan of the sport not just one fighter

i've said before that he peaked in the second marquez fight, a fight where he actually outboxed marquez at times

and that he hasn't changed much since then
