Mayweather is supposed to beat an old version of Sergio who got troubled by an okay fighter. Floyd saw what most saw that night and surprise he's fighting him lol.
I would have to agree with the note on Martínez being less than spectacular in his last outing, but nonetheless, he remains a threat and is recognized by many as the third best pound for pound pugilist in the sport today.

This is a great fight if it were to be made [at 154 preferably] and is the second best fight out there for the American.

pac is 148-149 on fight night while floyd is 1 mound heavier at 150.

Martinez doesn't use the full 160 pound limit, so anything under 154, I would criticize Floyd for it. 154+, I don't care if Floyd or Pac make a bull**** stipulation like fighting at 154 but wanting The Ring MW title on the line. As long as they fight Martinez at 154, they get full props on me.

If Mayweather fights Martinez under 154 catchweight, I would criticize him, but I would be proud that he fought him before Pacquiao, but it would still be a BS fight. I would give Pacquiao the same props if he fought Martinez before Mayweather, even at 150, but still shit on the win because of the CW.

Please Floyd, if you're gonna fight Martinez, fight him at 154+. Then get rid of JCC Jr at MW, to win the WBC title and have won the WBC title in 6 different weight classes. Althought if Bob doesn't even wanna put Pacquiao in with Floyd, JCC Jr is a long shot.

again. manny is 148-49 on fight night while floyd is 150. stfu. they are the same size

Sergio has never fought below 154, Floyd fought Oscar at 154. Martinez would have a hard enough time making 154....lol, you can forget 150.

Floyd can make 154 easily, they should fight there.

And let's not pretend Pacquiao's last seven opponents hadn't struggled in their last fights lol he's equally as guilty of cherry picking.

And for those who don't know, Martinez (Not in this interview) said he's walking around 165+, he's trying to take care of himself more.
