You can't say that until we see how good Darren Barker is. He was undefeated going into that fight. If he beats guys like Pirog, Quillin, Geale, etc. then there's absolutely no problem with Martinez struggling against him because that means he's actually good. And let's not pretend Pacquiao's last seven opponents hadn't struggled in their last fights lol he's equally as guilty of cherry picking.

As for the fight Floyd should deserve props if he takes this fight. If he allows Sergio to come in at 154lbs that would be great. Like one of the other posters said it would be a slap in the face to Arum. Because we all know that none of Arum's fighters would ever give Sergio the time of day. If Floyd were to do that it would give Sergio some recognition to some of the casual fans. Not only that but it would be Floyd's biggest challenge to date.

Today is 15 days past that day he made the last announcement, so perhaps Floyd was the opponent he was talking about since now he's saying "one more week".

But 150 would be a gay catch weight. 154 is the lowest acceptable catch weight.
