Managers will rip your ass just like a promoter will. Pav is right o this one. You dont go from making 300gs to 50 when you didnt lose your last fight. Somethings funny about those numbers.
That's why the fight was in his HOMETOWN.......

Sergio is 5'10 but his walk around weight is in the 180 neighborhood. According to Ariza and Roach Manny's weight goes up to 150-152, so Manny and Floyd are around the same size. Floyd's body is more defined evenly where Manny's weight is in his head and his legs. Sergio is much bigger than the 2 but a fight @ 154 is fair game.

Someone would have to be ignorant or ******ed to think that calling someone a WHITE DRUNKARD is not racist. There is NO REASON to use the word "WHITE" next to DRUNKARD when we all know what Pavlik's color is!! The only person using the word WHITE in that CONTEXT is a racist! That is ***ing obvious!!!!

As I said earlier, back when Floyd was about 21 22 years old before his fights he was listed at 5'7 1/2, since then, he has not gotten any taller only larger.. now with shoes on that would make him 5'8 so technically yea I guess you could say he is 5'8 because everyone wears shoes in public.. but on barefeet head to toe, no Floyd's about 5'7 1/2 at the most and it's funny because I can remember on MTV Cribs Floyd exaggerating saying "I'm not that tall, im only about 5'8 or 5'9" LMAO not even close...

AT the end of the day it's a business and Pavlik is on the downslide of his career where business is super important.

You're exactly right that he is on the downside of his career where business is super important, so why turn down a seven figure payday and burn bridges with Showtime, when HBO is already sick of his antics and he's got another year or so left on the contract with his promoter who he just screwed too. That's a bad business move., if he sits out a year I guarantee there aren't gonna be any big paydays out there for him. He needs to stay busy and try to repair his fan base, Ward, Froch, Bute are all gonna be busy with fights with each other and others at the top of the division and light heavyweights, Pavlik will be on the couch regretting the worst business decision ever.
True but Pav feels that he has established a fan base and it should be worth a certain amount. I agree with him. If he can pack out his home crowd it should be worth more than 50gs. I definitely think he has gotten away with a lot of BS but going into a big championship fight he should be getting more than 50gs.
