He probably should be getting more than 50k for Cunningham (although I'm perplexed as to why he signed the contract in the first place if he wasn't aware of the numbers involved?), but then again, I wouldn't find any reason to give him more than 1 mill for the Bute bout...Pavlik is just a name at this point, until he proves himself again. It's harsh I know, but this guy's trying to justify his ideal worth by bringing up a fight he lost in...doesn't do much for an argument. If Pavlik would've not complained and just said, 'my hearts not in it anymore,' then by all means walk away. The last thing any fan wants to see is a guy walk in the ring, not wanting to be there.

I think Pavlik's point is that he hasn't got a fight contract yet. He has been wondering how much he was going to make for the fight and hasn't signed anything yet. He claims TR was trying to slip him this contract right before the fight basically forcing him to accept the terms.

Pavlik is a deeply disturbed mentally disturbed person with alcoholism issues and a tattoo problem coupled with the fact that he is not popular even in his own home town. Take away the beatings of a half brain dead jermain Taylor pavlik's career isn't much he hasn't really beaten anyone good and is just an average fighter with a below average trainer one of the worst trainers in boxing history in Jack Loew. Mental stability issues are looming for this offbalanced disturbed kid. Amy Winehouse had nothing on this mess of a person. Nice family support system in the trailer park for the Pav.
