So let me guess this straight, if PAC fights anyone else and doesn't ask for $10 million is not a precedence, it's pure ducking.

pac, clean or not still has to take the exta, unsanctioned, unrequired test by the commission that is only being imposed to him.

floyd, 10 million dollar penalty or not, still has to make the weight.

        see the difference?

First of all, If Floyd didn't ask this OST against Pacquiao like 99.99% of the boxers do. I think the fight should already been made.

If Floyd didn't took back the 14 days cut off he initially offered. I think the fight should already been made.

Now that Pac finally agreed to his OST with no cutoff days. Floyd should return the favor by agreeing to Pacquiao minor details to let the boxing commission select who will handle the test. Failure to do so is another road block brought to you by Floyd.

and as a test run.. they should bring in the boxing commissions too.. to show that everything is much better with the protocols they gonna do and no harm comes to the fighter..

Yup you got the words right out of my mouth. The ball is on Floyd to agree. Failure to do so is another duck hunt. This is already extreme enough for pac to compromise for all the baloney Floyd has thrown. Now is the time to compromise Floyd.

*****nks keep bringing the issue where is no longer an issue. The $10m penalty is nothing unless Floyd is planning to come overweight just like what he did to Marquez.
