It was still random testing though. Floyd or Mosley never knew they were gonna stop at 18 days. For all they knew, they could have been tested any day during those last 18 days. That's what random OST is.

You *****S do all know that Floyd's blood test ended 18days prior to the fight while Mosley had 17days prior... I think this is were all the su****ious thinking came from, Bob and team Pac saw it, so now they are questioning USADA's unbiased method of OSDT.. A fair OSDT should end at exactly the same time as for both fighters, not 1minute apart, not 1hour apart and definitely not 1DAY APART.. With this in mind, what will prevent USADA for doing the same thing with the Floyd-Manny fight, they can easily do both tests with 1week discrepancy and they would still be perceived to be fair... So it's kinda understandable for Bob to suggest a much more NEUTRAL agency to oversee the blood tests... So what the F**** is wrong with that???!!!
