As long as it is a legit testing neutral body. I don't see a problem here. Floyd gets his random.
From: ALG United: "We have agreed in the Pacquiao camp to unlimited random testing done by a responsible, neutral organization," Arum told Yahoo. "We don't believe USADA is a neutral organization.
"I don't think anybody's test is as vigorous as the test administered by the Olympic Organization. And we can arrange for the Olympic Organization to handle the test under the supervision of the Athletic commission respective of the state where the fight is going to be held.
I think there's nothing fishy about it, Floyd wants everything to be fair, this is getting it fair i should say....
I say for this fight to be made this is pretty neutral. Floyd gets his random, Manny gets a neutral party. Make this fight happen!
From Horvo: You guys really think Tygart (usada) is a neutral tester? Here's his explanation of why they stopped testing 18 days out.
"We chose not to test for blood closer to the fight than we did because there was no need to do so. But, of course, if we had some sort of cause or su****ion that meant that we needed to do more blood tests, let's say, five days, or, four days before a fight, then we certainly would have done it," said Tygart.
"And that's why the right to have that option is such an important aspect to having a good program. It's a deterrent for the fighters," said Tygart. "[We were] totally comfortable only having that blood test 18 days before the fight and not needing one more testing day in between."
That said, Random should be done without any human su****ion and involvement. Just set a date and get the athlete tested at a time the athletes won't know about.
The Proper random testing: Before any testing is done, they already should have decided on what dates they will randomly test each fighter. It shouldn't be decided during the testing time frame or when they feel like doing more test. Shouldn't be decided on hunch.
Before the testing the testing body should know when they will do it. Not allowing the fighters to know ofcourse. Now that's random

So what he's saying is that the test was not given randomly, like from a computer generated list, but from their own personal subjective su****ions.
That at a certain point they determined they had tested the fighters enough. Since both fighters were not tested on the same days or the same number of times, that means he could test one fighter later than the other because of a "su****ion". Do you think that's a neutral position? And by definition that is not random. Random means taking the human element out of the decision making process.
From Ryann: why are *****s still against this??
better testing by the commission.
not just better testing, random testing to be guided by wada protocol.
please tell me why you guys still *****hhing about this?
to add: This is the Fairest thing Arum has said so far.
Floyd gets his Random
Pac gets a neutral body to thwart any su****ion he has over testing
I say this fight should happen now!
*****s why put an obstacle again? This ain't fair enough lol
WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT *****S???
*****s do you want this fight to happen at all???
Conclusion:
Even Floyd agrees that it wont be a problem..
Mayweather changed his stance Saturday, moving off the hard line he had taken on using USADA as the testing agency.
"We are OK to move off USADA," Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer, who is representing Mayweather, told ESPN.com. "What we're saying, and what is important to us, is four things -- that the tests be random, that they include blood and urine and the time frame, meaning when do you stop the tests before the fight but know they will still be effective. Three of them we have agreed on -- random, blood and urine.
So what will it be *****s??
