Proper random testing: Before any testing is done, they already should have decided on what dates they will randomly test each fighter. It shouldn't be decided during the testing time frame or when they feel like doing more test. Shouldn't be decided on hunch.
Before the testing the testing body should know when they will do it. Not allowing the fighters to know ofcourse. Now that's random =)
Are you saying he would be giving Floyd the heads up to juice?

YES or NO will suffice =)

And, that's what you're not understanding.
FFS's...When have I not back Pac up when he's right? When exactly? You're referring to this testing issue? Or anything his done post Cotto?
And, yea I'm a bigger Tito fan that Pac. That has never been a secret. Tito is my favorite fighter of all time. Pac is just my favorite active fighter. Who has been pissing me off with the BS he has pulled lately.
i could understand you being a pacfan and pissed with pac's opponenst lately but him with the whole drug testing?.....cmon man...lol...

Even if you say they are one and the same. The head is still more powerful than the drone.
