Random testing is not biased to anyone, it becomes biased when it favors a fighter. Tygart chooses not to go more testing due to his hunches that it is not necessary, makes some wonder if he is biased to Floyd who called him out in the first place.

Proper random testing: Before any testing is done, they already should have decided on what dates they will randomly test each fighter. It shouldn't be decided during the testing time frame or when they feel like doing more test. Shouldn't be decided on hunch.

Before the testing the testing body should know when they will do it. Not allowing the fighters to know ofcourse. Now that's random =)

i do undesrtand that very well.....it's you that dont get the idea that kowing or not knowing does not guratentee you a cheater aint gonna cheat......youre so naive to belive that when a fighter dont know when they'd get tested , they would'nt cheat......thats is your whole piont of the situatution.....my point is if you dont do it, theres no way of knowing wheter they tried to cheat or not......

I'm going to attempt to translate this horrendous word salad...so knowing the test dates is just as good as not knowing, because people still might cheat...it is dumb to think the fighters don't know when the randomly administered tests will occur because knowing or not knowing what dates the tests are on doesn't discourage cheating...if you're not testing you don't know if someone is cheating.

Just for the record MannyATG. If there is a neutral legitimate testing organization to facilitate this testing just to make this fight happen are you up for it? Take note a legitimate testing org.

Of course it doesn't guarantee it...But, not knowing helps preventing anybody from juicing...While knowing doesn't help anything all from preventing anything..

And, yea I'm a bigger Tito fan that Pac. That has never been a secret. Tito is my favorite fighter of all time. Pac is just my favorite active fighter. Who has been pissing me off with the BS he has pulled lately.

Wada the mother load. If usada is just the arm the chief head will suffice. It's like in a ********ic government. We have the congress, lets use the senate or the commander in chief. More teeth. More credibility. That would suffice both party.

Even if you say they are one and the same. The head is still more powerful than the drone.
