Whatever way you spin it, Tygart ****ed up by using the human element of choosing when to randomly check. That's su****ion enough to call it biased in Pac's camp point to view. Just warrants a neutral body which Floyd and Pac must agree. What's the problem with that??

I think you are failing to see how the human element effects this no matter how you look at it. A human will have to physically view the dates. Humans will have to go to the training site (or vice versa) to administer the tests. Humans will have to run the tests and subsequently analyze the results. You think you have made some amazing argument here, I can tell. But what you've really come up with is a worthless talking point that really doesn't make any sense.

Random testing is not biased to anyone, it becomes biased when it favors a fighter. Tygart chooses not to do more testing due to his hunches that it is not necessary, makes some wonder if he is biased to Floyd who called him out in the first place.

Of course it doesn't guarantee it...But, not knowing helps preventing anybody from juicing...While knowing doesn't help anything at all from preventing anything..
