Team Mayweather has never commented on the "email", so why do you automatically assume the info Tim Smith obtained, came from them?

Who shows what? Again, you're making quite an assumption. Tim Smith never said Floyd told him anything. I guess it suits your argument to pretend he did.

It's clear Pacquiao fans now love to go around in circles talking about circumstantial information relating to this lawsuit, instead of demanding your guy to cut the BS, and make the fight. If his case is contingent on what's said in a boxing chat room, a mysterious email, and a bunch of opinionated statements then I wish him good luck with that. Bottom line, all Ben Thompson was saying is the email in question could have came from any number of people in or around Pacquiao's camp, who may or may not be authorized to speak or conduct business on his behalf. He basically answered a question from a fan.

If Pacquiao cronies are that concerned about the email, then it says a lot about their faith in his creditability.
Why does he have to drop the lawsuit? That lawsuit is simply to force Floyd to put up or shut up. They can still fight with or without the lawsuit. He has publicly accepted Floyd's demand of no cut-off. No amount of denial from Floyd and his defenders can change that.

If he does, then it will not be favorable to the mayweathers case as it will only establish it came from them and then had to show proof it indeed came from Pac's camp which will be impossible to do in their part. If Smith doesn't it will only reinforce the case that there was indeed a concerted effort to defame maliciously a person.

I don't really see any way the mayweather can wiggle out of this one.
floyd making a public apology while wearing this shirt should do the trick

See this is the funny thing. Manny fans assume it floyd who has to "wiggle out of this". This sounds just like McGwire when he was ****ing out HR's. Everyone was saying it was Canseco, the accusser that had to do this and that. But in the end it was McGwire all along.

What happens if Manny's accuser are correct and he was using or has used PED"s?

The thought has never crossed their mind.

but according to the same article, quoting Atlas, team pacquiao sent the email to team mayweather.

again, would be pretty easy to print it out.

hey, noticed the arguments here from them guys?

"It's most likely true, but team Mayweather doesn't have to prove its true!"

it's oxymoronic...you would think they'll be the first ones to be interested to see whether such email really exists or not. the email would be the exclamation point to their peds movement against pac. but alas, they're so against it.

According to what article? The Tim Smith article says NOTHING like that. It is an assumption either way. Throw it out.

Go and read back what you just posted. If you can not see the absurdity in that, then there is nothing anybody can do for you.
