How would the emails prove that? And how would it prove that Floyd didn't call Manny a bad name?

    • Even if an email actually exist what does that prove? PAC has so many people around him so it's worthless unless it comes from Arum, Roach, K****s, bubo or whatever his name is.. So anyone telling Mayweather to show emails in court is just being ******.

        2. The case is that Floyd called Manny a bad name, not that Manny is juicing. So bringing up emails is not going to help Floyd's case. This whole thing is just...

you can believe whatever ****s you want but whatever...it's in the hands of the courts now. the court will decide and that's all that matters.

I mean, who else would have that email address besides manny himself or someone from his team?
That kind username is already a giveaway. No wonder floyd's camp don't like to release that email, it can be traced to them even if they use anonymous emailers or even a proxy. An email can be traced up to the exact MAC ID of the netword device used.

The more these people not release those emails, the more it becomes su****ious and bolster Pac's case. Pac need to thanks Tim and the network who broadcasted it that there was an email at least there is proof that there was indeed an intent to defame if they don't show those emails to be traced.

Legal Definition: Any intentional false communication, either written or spoken, that harms a person's reputation; decreases the respect, regard, or confidence in which a person is held; or induces disparaging, hostile, or disagreeable opinions or feelings against a person.

floyd having a basis on what he has been accusing pac is true would make a solid argument against defamation.

you can't "defame" someone if what you said is true, or at least has a reasonable basis for you to believe its true

should be pretty easy. show them the email. i mean they did send it to team mayweather

Well not as it pertains to this. Manny was wise enough to leave Smith and the News out .

I'm no Lebron fan but to me its just like Lebron and Kobe before the "decision". People overlooked Lebron's obvious flaws and incosistencies primarily because they were tired of Kobe. Sorta like Drose getting MVP this year over Lebron because voters were mad at the "decision"

I don't think Manny is dirty. But if "bigger head" and "getting faster as you get bigger" is enough to queston baseball and football players, IMO its enough of a basis to question Manny.
Maybe we should also question singers. Look at the size of Charice's head compared to her body. First, she is also from the Philippines [where undetectable super enhancers come from], and second, it is obvious that only peds could give her that unbelievable powerful voice. No one that small [she's smaller than a midget] could possibly attain such feats.

                  1. We don't know where Smith got the emails from.

                  2. It doesn't give Floyd any basis at all. I'm still waiting on you to explain how anyone other than Manny sending out emails means that what Floyd said is true. The email doesn't read "I take PEDs" or "Manny takes PEDs." It's asking questions any lawyer worth his salt would ask.

otherwise, it would come out by now cause floyd's allegations would have basis and he wouldn't have to defend himself for defamation.
i really hope this **** will be proven true or just a big lie. if it will remain a secret forever *****s will just bring it up everytime they want.

You don't have to like what I post but that is the reality here in America. Athletic accomplishments are questioned rather than celebrated nowadays. It has nothing to do with the ethnicity of the person.
