then what are you debating for? and again, pac's refusal to take the test was in the first negotiation. why do you keep going back to that? pac has already made some improvements to his position after that.

as a pacfan i want him to take the test so he could clean his name and of course i wanna see the fight. that's why i don't wanna get stucked on what transpired during the first negotiation because one thing is very clear...the fight did not happen with that one. most of you want to stop the discussion right there because it gives you the opportunity to blame pac and accuse him of using peds. that's lame because there's still a chance to negotiate again. i don't know why some of you are so against it.

Brick respectfully, "improvements" i.e. negotiating a cutoff date, should not be used to defend him. Thats just my opinion.

I personally go back to the 1st negotiation because that seems to be the one that actually included all the necessary parties and got us closer to the fight then all the summer BS.

I don't know a "anyone", but the lawsuit filed against Mayweather appears like an attempt to prevent a actual fight from being made in the ring with Pacquiao.
