Its quite subjective whether Manny has "cleared" the WW division....I mean he has had 3 fights at WW ...CLottey, Cotto, Mosley.......I give him full credit for beating Cotto, but Clottey IMO, is just a top contender in the divison, while Shan....is Shane

Thats like saying Bradley has cleared the LWW division, because he has beaten Alexander and holds two belts.....

          From 154-HW: 54lbs

          From 106-160: 54lbs

          So let's be fair here.
I want to know how you ended up with 54 lbs with Roy Jones.

if pac and roy were tha same size then, that would be the fair way to do it but they are not...

from 154- hw = 47 lbs (atleast it starts there)

            from 106 - 150(pac's highest) =44 lbs

now.. 44 lbs for a 106lber is almost half of his weight(42% of his whole body weight)

47 lbs to a 154lber is less than a thrid of his body weight(30% of his whole body weight)....

so how youre doing it is not doing it fairly...

gong by the number of weightclasses is....

I'd say Manny. If Roy had beat the top guys at Heavyweight then I'd say him.

Want me to change the numbers up to the limit the opponents themselves went up to for their highest weight class?

Because HW has no limit, I can easily say Roy fought up to 64lbs, since Ruiz weighed in at 226lbs on the scales.

So I think you should just take the 54lbs and 54lbs, for Pac's sake. Cause if we mention Roy coming in at 193lbs, then we gotta mention Pac coming in at 144 lbs.

Roy Jones will never get his proper due. Saying he needed to clean out the heavyweight division. Are u serious?

Name a fighter in the history of boxing that was outweighed by 50 pounds, 6 inch height disadvantage going in to a fight. Would Ray Robinson, Marvin Hagler, Duran, Leonard even consider accepted a fight like that? NOPE

The fighter everyone was saying Roy should fight was NOT Evander Holyfield or Tyson....It was Lennox Lewis who was the recognized champion in 2003

                    TALE OF THE TAPE

                    Roy Jones - 5-11, 199 pounds

                    Lennox Lewis - 6-5 255

So Roy has to beat that just to prove his greatness...lol

Tell prime Marvin Hagler to fight a guy 5 inches taller and 50 pounds heavier and he would say hell naw....

There is no limit to HW though, that's the problem. I actually said 54lbs to be fair.
