If Roy had retired after beating Tarver I he would have went down as a top 10 atg. Emanuel Steward even said it.

It was obvious Roy wasn't the same fighter after coming down. It's too bad his heart has stayed in it so long, now most boxing fans are begining to forget his greatness. Roy was Manny Pacquiao and Mayweather rolled into one.

There will never be another 'RJ'.

ok then do it.....so based on your logic , haye is more imprssive weight climber than both pac and roy.....right?

you used ruizs weight for roy but not margo's weight for pac...how's that doing it fairly?
John Ruiz weighed in at 226lbs on the scales, unofficially he came in heavier than that of course.

Antonio Margarito came in at 150lbs on the scale, he came in at 165lbs unofficially.

I was being fair, I was going by the scale weights, not the fight night weight. Scale weight for Ruiz: 226lbs, scale weight for Margarito: 150lbs.

I'm not sure what you are trying to ask me.

I thought this was who's climb up in weights were more impressive between Roy and Pac?

I can't find my Jones-Ruiz fight to look for the fight night weights. Not that it matters.

Haye gained at fight night against who?

We are not talking about fight night weight, we are talking about scale weight.

                    ok cool...here

your reasoning is this :roy went up to more pouds than pac, thus he is more impressive in weight climbing than him

now, applying the same logic with haye...he fought from 190 to 316(valueve's weight just like you used ruiz's weight)= 126 lbs

so based on your logi, haye is more impressive than roy and pac, right?..

and that in oder for roy to match what haye did, he has to fight a guy as big as 280lbs(matching haye's 126)

                    right?...lol

Haye didn't win championships in multiple divisions like Roy
