RJJ no doubt. Too bad he doesn't speak crappy english and play dumb though or else everyone would love him and he would be P4P 1 of all time.

It depends who do you see as a better opponent Margarito at 154 or John Ruiz at Heavyweight.

RJ Jr. and Pacquiao have alot in common especially the level of opposition in there prime.

How many times did RJJ defend his heavyweight title?

How many times did pac defend his 150 lbs title?

            I say it's a tie.

              Roy..

Pacquiao was a malnourished kid at the lower weights (106-112), had he grown in a middle class area, he wouldn't have made those weights.. I mean, the guy wasn't small, he was a huge 126-130 lber.

While Roy was naturally a middleweight.. and he packed on big weight for HW

There is no 150 lb title though..... that belt should have been at 154 and pac weighed in at 144

roy -won his hw title from a REAL heavyweight titlist no catchweight

manny-won his"title" against a man who shouldve even been ranked there at a catchweight for a vacant title,..he won a made up title man

i mean if he wouldve fought foremen,or k-9 at a catchweight then cool at least they were actual champs there..but margo??toprank manufactured bull****
