Serious Question: Why did Pac ask Floyd to pay a 10 Million per pound weight penalty?

Never understood the interest in this stipulation. It has no effect on either fighter if they honor the contracted weight, anyways.

a couple of million dollar penalty will not stop him to go over the limit if he wanted to considering the fact that they will probably get 40 million each

Originally posted by ProudtobePINOY View Postso the fact that he's agreed to the testing???? what now???? even in the muthaf@cking middle of the 6th round....so if this is ALL about testing, why isn't there a fight scheduled !!!!!
Originally posted by ProudtobePINOY View Postall Manny is asking is that they come in at the weight negotiated...so you're saying...is that Manny is following the same rules as the boxing commission...the difference is that he just puts a stricter punishment ....more money from fighters who have a lot of money and the commission's penalty is probably chump change to them compared to what they would earn if they win with a weight advantage....
Originally posted by ProudtobePINOY View Postnow, does the commission provide their own boxing standards for testing for PED's? yes, they do....but Floyd wants a DIFFERENT test done....Manny has never been suspected of taking PED's, just like your point that Cotto and Morales never missed weight....but Manny is making them take a test or go through a program that the commission hasn't already developed...just a stricter fine.....Manny says he will do whatever the commission has decided is the standard testing... based on your theory, shouldn't Floyd ask for a stricter penalty...not come up with a new test ???
Sad that you don't see nor get it Manny's hypocrisy on the whole "commission" thing.

LOL
Seriously, for those who still think Pacquiao is on this magical drug that just makes you this superhuman fighter, why don't you guys get on your Micheal Moore and start investigating and asking people around his circle or people who have been around him prior? Get a camera crew, make a documentary, get some candid interviews from people who have witnessed Manny's deception of the sport by cheating his way by using undisclosed drugs.
C'mon, if the President of the United States can be exposed, how can't Manny Pacquiao??? LOL, show us how much you REALLY believe Pac is on something.
