Serious Question: Why did Pac ask Floyd to pay a 10 Million per pound weight penalty?

People need to realize that ANY athlete is possible of cheating by using PEDS. That is the harsh reality in sports across the board.
What are those reasons? Are those YOUR reasons or his?
Well, Manny wanted to have Floyd fined 10 million dollars per pound overweight, what athletic commission forces that?Until the athletic commisions force these types of tests on everyone, or some real evidence that determines guilt. I truly believe Pac deserves the benefit of the doubt. You don't have to be a fan of his to know that he deserves respect for what he has given the boxing community in the ring. Same goes for Mayweather, inside the ring no one would ever deny is ability. But the fact still remains innocent until proven guilty and Pac is still #1 across the board. "*****s/Haters" are just going to have to deal with it.Comment

1. Not disagreeing with the first statement - But also don't think people should assume guilt based on contradictions... There are so many posts discrediting Pac's opposition and then state he's pulling off super human feats. Which is it?People need to realize that ANY athlete is possible of cheating by using PEDS. 2. The reasons on why not take tests have been listed in multiple threads; whether or not they are legitimate reasons are irrellevent. Assuming guilt based circumstantial evidence is wrong no matter how you package it.
3. Manny has a history of putting weight stipulations on a lot of his fighters. For some odd reason they all agreed to it. Floyd new it wasn't going to be an issue and it wasn't going to hinder is regular routine leading the to the fight. Extended weight penalties is not something the boxing community is pissed and we both know it.Comment

Who are we to tell people what to assume? Some people feel that its a mixture of both of the things that you posted above.
And those reasons are hilarious. The biggest thing here is that the whole fiasco was very su****ious, period.
Rather people are pissed or not is not the point. The point is, Manny goes above the commission when it suits him only and that was the point I was trying to make. Then he wants to hide behind the commission when his opponent wants to go above the commission (JUST LIKE HE DOES)? You seriously don't find that hypocritical?3. That's the gist of it why majority of the boxing fans and casual fans are inclined to believe more on Manny's side.
It's quite clear why these floyd fanatics acts like the way in here they're affected with jealousy and bitterness an asian midget took the boxing world by storm.
You only see they hypocrisy on Manny's side yet you defend your fellow *****s and floyd's hyprocrisy and idiocy.Who are we to tell people what to assume? Some people feel that its a mixture of both of the things that you posted above.

1. I'm not telling anyone anything. I'm addressing your points as they are presented to me.Who are we to tell people what to assume? Some people feel that its a mixture of both of the things that you posted above.

2. Some reasons are better than others, i can admit that. The fiasco may be su****ious, but are you even entertaining the thought that maybe the FMJ "Crusade to fairness" is just a smoke screen to avoid a very dangerous match up?
3. Adding an extended penalty to coming in overweight when the opponent just cheated the fight before is hardly the same thing as falsely accusing someone of using PED's and attempting to rewrite the drug testing policy that has been set in place.
Side Note: I want blood tests across the board, i want Manny to take the test so we can witness a great match up. But the FMJ package that you are presenting me is not what it is wrapped up to be... point blankComment
