Serious Question: Why did Pac ask Floyd to pay a 10 Million per pound weight penalty?

Why did Manny Pacquiao ask Floyd for a 10 Million dollar per pound penalty?

Considering Floyd has NEVER weighed over the WW limit of 147 pounds for a WW fight.

    Thanks guys.

Interesting. The limit for that fight was 144.

Now again I ask. Why did Pac ask him to pay a 10 Million per pound penalty when Floyd has NEVER came into a WW fight over 147 pounds.

I mean if they were gon fight at 144 then fine I get it. But Floyd is usaully UNDER 147.

        So I dont get it.

Political posturing. Floyd asks for some extreme measures and then Pac asks for extreme measures. The only **** is, they both agree to each other's extreme demands and then we're at an impasse

a better question would be, how would it be a problem for floyd if he NEVER weighed over the limit of 147 lbs?

Because Floyd has shown he cannot keep a commitment.

Im sure if he had a 10 mil per pound clause in the JMM fight, he would have shed the extra 2 pounds and given JMM a better chance to win
