well if your a ******* its simple only pac can ask for extra stipulations and floyd can not. btw if you read the nsac rules on fines for coming over weight it can only be a maximum of gauranteed purse and not ppv aka outside income so pac broke the sacred nsac rules *******s always cry about but again its only ok for their god to do that not floyd.
Serious Question: Why did Pac ask Floyd to pay a 10 Million per pound weight penalty?

Interesting. The limit for that fight was 144.
Now again I ask. Why did Pac ask him to pay a 10 Million per pound penalty when Floyd has NEVER came into a WW fight over 147 pounds.
I mean if they were gon fight at 144 then fine I get it. But Floyd is usaully UNDER 147.
So I dont get it.Comment

Because Floyd at first wanted the fight at 154 and later agreed to 147, leaving Pacquiao's camp to believe that he would weigh over the weight limit.Comment

1. Why is this tagged ugly ****** baby?
2. Floyd shouldn't come in over the weight limit anyway, so it shouldn't be a problem.Comment

'Cause Freddie (With Arum's nod) thought it would be a clever idea of calling Floyd's bluff, and it backfired. So they had to prop up and crank the excuse machine for another way to call Floyd's bluff again and avoid blood testing and having to fight.
Doesn't get any more blatant than that.Comment

because he wanted floyd to come in not higher than the agreed upon weight, which is what he is supposed to do in the first place.
a couple of million dollar penalty will not stop him to go over the limit if he wanted to considering the fact that they will probably get 40 million eachComment
