Does the ammount of strength that can be built change if I can't hit stuff, does the ammount of flexibility change if I can't hit stuff, does my cardio change if I can't hit stuff. All taht can be made up, the only reason you need to hit stuff is because you are training for a fight and if your hands were an issue and nothing was allowed it could be worked around.
There is no level of fitness that requires you to hit stuff, so that level of overall fitness does not change.
If I use PED.
More can be done about my whole level of fitness, thus raising my level way beyond what I would normally be capable of.
