It's a general knowledge that this OST thing is no
longer an issue. Floyd himself confirms this. I don't
know why this is still being discussed. Seems this
site is out of touch with the world out there.

Agreed, the world is on Pacquiaos side. Why convince the *****s who arent worth the time?

In the end, once Pac retires, he will be known as one of the greatest, except *****s who now one cares about anyways.

If it was a PED it would make him able to reach a higher fitness level, not jsut a way to train a similar ammount in a different way. Which is why it is legal to use to train if it changed what a fighter could do I am sure there woud be rules against it since it is not like painkillers are new~

Where does it say PEDs are are strictly for reaching a higher fitness level?

Does it come in the PED expert handbook?

They're coming out of the woodwork, vacation's over!

Pop Quiz: How many Olympic Athletes have failed an HGH blood test? Thousands have been tested in and out of competition... so how many have failed the fool proof best testing procedure the world has ever seen?

Its not about trying to convince them, its just fun watching them scramble for new ways to make excuses.

Because he could reach the same level of preformance by other means, just that he needs to train for fighting so getting rid of the pain in your hands helps get ready for that.

A PED would change the overall level a guy could reach.
