Why didn't Manny accept his 14 days in Jan? make it an answer not an excuse
    Simple,

he didn't have to. No commission or sanctioning body required it.

      Okay, that's an excuse.

Why did he accept the 14 days in June?, the commision or sactioning body still didn't require him to.

The same commission require their OWN penalties for overweight fighters...yet Manny goes ABOVE them and imposes his OWN penalties against overweight fighters. So, what you are saying is that Manny abides by the commission when it suits him.

Floyd cheated his way in the scales in the previous fight, didn't he. Pac earned that right to make that demand

Anyway this fight is goin' to take place next year. A lot can still happen..

That sounds like an excuse, compromise how? he had everything to gain fighting PBF in March.

You want it to be an excuse. But there is no concrete evidence, or basis for even needing these extra tests. Floyd could have presented a case to the commissions and sanctioning bodies long ago if he wanted to clean up the sport since he felt it was so dirty. Seeing as how his family has been a part of the sport for 4 decades, him "knowing" how dirty the sport is, he could have began the crusade when he started his pro career. But he dreamed up this charade just to get out of fighting the next threat to his 0. Margarito had 4 losses, Cotto didn't have enough PPVs, and Manny is on steroids. The entire world sees through his little charade except for his most adoring fans.

Why did Pac say, "ok f uck it, lets do your ****** 14 days"?

                  He wants to fight.

This weekend, he'll be taking on another welterweight Floyd avoided.

yup...he didn't have to accept anything...he could have just walked away (which is probably what Floyd was hoping for)

but the other reason it wasn't accepted was because of Bob Arum and Jerry Jones...yes, Jerry Jones

Jerry was promised and paid Arum for a fight in the new stadium....when Floyd said he wont fight in Texas, he pretty much got himself out of that fight...no point in continuing negotiations
