yup...he didn't have to accept anything...he could have just walked away (which is probably what Floyd was hoping for)


but the other reason it wasn't accepted was because of Bob Arum and Jerry Jones...yes, Jerry Jones


Jerry was promised and paid Arum for a fight in the new stadium....when Floyd said he wont fight in Texas, he pretty much got himself out of that fight...no point in continuing negotiations

How would Mayweather predict that Pacquiao would walk away from drug testing?

There was no contract signed by Arum that stated Pacquiao's next bout even had to be in Dallas. Everything was sorted out, except the testing. Jerry Jones had no say in whether or not the fight would get made.

their is so much inconsistencys in this video its a joke. He claims the only way to implement good testing is all year round. He claims pac only showed speed high volume power punching after diaz. He says Manny new he was going to get tested during morales so he stop taking peds the reason why he looked sluggish. Pac never new he was getting tested it was a last minute deal because of a mix up so how was he supposed to know. Come on man this guy is basically another conspiracy theorists.

Some people just see what they want. But can't change facts. The fight was there to be made and Manny Pacquiao walked away from it, then walked away from mediation and pissed it away. Second negotiations just means someone ducked the first time. It's a hard pill for some to swallow.
