If he agreed to full OSDT we'd all be against Mayweather right now, Mayweather made it clear once Pacquiao opt to face Clottey. Pacquiao needs to get rid of the ****** act, he knows damn well what he has to do. How annoying this guy can be...I swear man.

He's a politician. His job is to tell his sheeple whatever they want to hear.

C'mon, why do you think Floyd is not anymore willing to take the fight, now that Pacquiao was already willing to have a 14-day cut off as Floyd demanded?
You didn't fully read and comprehend all that big lettered bold **** you posted did you?

Cause if you did you would see that Manny said "CONSIDER 14 days" considering something is not the same as agreeing now is it?

This isn't a cultural issue its a money issue. I think any man (especially one that cheats on his wife with hookers) may compromise his values to make the millions of dollars manny has made.

You point out he wants to help his people. if thats true maybe he sees it as a lesser of 2evils thing. I'll take PED's because if I do I can make more money whcih I can then give to my people.
Pacquiao never said he is afraid of needles, it's his fans that are saying that. He's just afraid that too much blood is taken out from him...unfortunately that is superstition. I know of a famous billard champion who only takes a bath before the start of a tournament--the rest of the 7-10 days of the tournament...well you can just imagine that. Simply because of superstition, that luck will also be washed from his body if he takes a bath everyday. Pacquiao is also like that. He has a lot of superstitious beliefs in his head because this is how he was brought up as a child.

Again, you're basing it again probably on how americans think. Money is more important than superstitions or even values. Psychologically, PEDs usually make up for something lacking in an athlete. Americans have a culture of always excelling in all kinds of fields. Individual achievements seem to be the goal of every american athlete. Media has in fact contributed to all these pressures to every american athlete. How media glamorize and praise athletes who excel in their field of sports increases also the athletes desire to be famous and to be praised. No wonder such kind of culture has brought about the emergence od steroids/PEDs. No wonder, many american athletes would rather take PEDs/steroids (despite the danger of these drugs) to be famous and generate more money than remain and an average and ordinary type of athlete.

Who, among the athletes in baseball, basketball, boxing, cycling, running etc, are famously caught taking PEDs/Steroids?

People from many countries are caught. Are you taking a PED or something?
