Mayweather has never refused to fight Pac. Manny refused to fight him in January. And in July, Mayweather never responded to the alleged offer from Top Rank. Niether is a refusal.
No matter how many times this is said, people will still try to dispute it.

You're entitled to your own opinion.

But right now, Pacquiao is enjoying his stint as a neophyte congressman. He could not care less what you think anyway.

From what I see and read on Philippine TV and newspapers, Pacquiao seems to be handling himself with class and he is bent on willing to help his constituency especially on the area of poverty, because he has been there. I just don't know where and when your "guilt and shame" enters into the picture in this man's life.

Have you ever realize that there are other factors (and not the PED thing that made Pacquiao refused to give in to Mayweather's demand of testing?) which Americans could never understand?

And, Oh then, SO we should just take Mayweather's silence as NOT A REFUSAL to fight Pacquiao huh?
yes they do because manny has made it clear he wants to know when tests occur and when they stop. athletes that use tend to wnat to know when they are going to be tested so they can structure cycling on and off arund the tests. Doesn't prove he is on PED's.

I'm sure there are other factors. As for American cant understand I dont know these you have to be specific.

Silence is not a refusal. Silence is nothing but silence. If I call you a fa99ot and you don't respond that doesn't mean I can make a determination of your sexual preference. Lets at least be reasonable.

Mayweather didn't respond to top rank's atatement that Manny accepted all floyd's terms. Why didn't he say anything I dont know for sure. IMO its because the offer was not real. I base this opinion on 2 things: Marg's february interview where he said Bob promised him a November fight with Pac and the fact top rank never told us specifically what the "terms" were.

              Well, that's your own opinion.

But Pacquiao couldn't care less. The fact that he is willing to fight Margarito, he must have his own reasons for this (money is primary, of course).

This Margarito fight only shows Pacquiao does not care whether Floyd is there or not.

The *****s are really ****** still believing Floyd really wants to fight Pac.
Now try this. Give me any link nowadays coming from Floyd's mouth telling us what his demand so this fight will materialize. Don't tell me any **** like a few months ago interviews or off the table **** *****. I want to hear what is his demand nowadays!. Opss sorry *****s. Floyd can't even mention Pac's name nowadays let alone telling us what his demands knowing Pac may agree on it. So he opt for vacation! bwa hahahaha!

All the pac marg fight shows is manny is a greedy **** that took the more lucrative fight rather than better challenges (bradley, Pwill, Berto) that are available. This is the same things pac fans and the media say about another fighter. Can't call it different just cuz manny's doing it.

Pac doesn't need floyd while floyd badly needed pac to redeem himself in shame and to secure his legacy or he will be called a coward forever.
