you can ask 100 different ppl and you would gaurantee that there would be arguments about nearly every round by someone- even the obvious rounds!

First of all, that was a ****ty fight, I'm glad I didn't pay for it.
Second of all, taylor didn't win HOPKINS LOST THE FIGHT!!
What wrong with that fool, did he really think he won, I guess he was waiting on one of those Chris Byrd decisions...
Finally, I believe taylor won by split decision. It was a weak ass fight, but I really believe taylor won. Hopefully hopkins will knock his punk ass out in the rematch!!!

I don't see this fight being close. Taylor clearly won the fight. Hopkins will agree in 5 years from now. Hopkins admitted that he lost to Jones, but in an old interview he said he won the fight against Jones. Hopkins is so full of crap. He just wanted Jones to be nice to him after the fight. I think some of the blind idiots from the media have brain washed some of the fans, Max killerman had Hopkins winning 115-113.

Taylor threw more punches & was in control for the first 9 rounds. The only reason Hopkins landed 10 more punches was that the compubox was counting all of his fouls, that should've not been counted by a judge. Hopkins was holding Taylor & hitting him 3 or 4 time to the head, that is a foul in boxing. Hopkins did this like 20 different times in the fight.

Throwing more punches doesn't extend to controlling the fight. Landing punches does. I could run at a boxer and swing 50 times and only land 3, that doesn't mean I had any control of the fight. Hopkins on 3 occasions held and got in a couple of shots, but Taylor did it twice in the fight as well. Compubox added several shots for Taylor for that reason as well.
