I rank Floyd in the Top 50. Here's why...

1. He's won real belts in 5 divisions and beat the best in every division. All of his title wins came against the champion. He didnt fight at made up weight classes for vacant belts and he didnt demand catchweights either. He just beat the best in every division he ever fought in. Pacquiao on the other hand won WBC International belts and IBO Belts. Along with belts won in catchweight bouts against people coming off KO losses.

Pacquiao's resume is extremely overrated when you look at the amount of damaged opponents he has beaten. Check all of Floyd's title fights since 1998 and you'll find maybe 2 or 3 people who had lost one of their last 6 fights prior to him fighting them. The majority of Pacquiao's big wins came against people coming off KO losses. Look it up on Boxrec. People lie but number's dont. It's clear who is the real cherrypicker of the two.


2. Floyd has dominated everyone he has fought. He beat Castillo with a torn rotator cuff and then beat him again in the rematch. He fought alot of top fighters at the peak of their career like Genaro Hernandez, Diego Corrales, Jesus Chavez, Jose Luis Castillo, Arturo Gatti, Zab Judah, Oscar De La Hoya, Juan Manuel Marquez and Shane Mosley. All of them were in the prime of their career's and he dominated all of them.

How can Pacquiao be ranked higher when he's fought worse opposition and lost three times? That just doesnt make any sense at all. Your going to say Pacquiao has fought better opposition but that's just not true. If you look on boxrec you will see that Pacquiao has beaten 13 world champions and Floyd has beaten 15. So that argument is just false.

Anyway i'm sick of debating with all these ignorant Pacquiao trolls like yourself who can't see simple logic. I see no reason to continue to try and educate people who are too dumb to understand. And there are alot of people like this on NSB so i'm done with that part of the forum. I come on here to read about boxing and that's the way it should be. This is some funny stuff. Apparently Gatti> Tszyu and Hatton, Baldomir> Margarito and Cotto, and Oscar> Forrest.

Also, one catchweight title fight = Lots of titles picked up at catchweights, and a fight many think he lost against Castillo = domination.

There's a pretty steep rise in prestige somewhere around the 15 mark which Pacquiao definitely doesn't deserve to be raised past.
