I think more pressure will be on Pacquiao. Not only does he have to win, but the media and General fans are expecting him to make the fight competitive and exciting. I think that's been Floyd's advantage over many other Boxers, he doesn't care nor does he want to put on an exciting show for the crowd, therefore he's more relax on fight night. The media are expecting alot more from Manny than just winning the fight, Floyd main focus will be on winning it by any means necessary.

Please tell me what fighter Manny has fought since the 2nd Marquez fight that is boxer/counter puncher. I find it funny you claim this when Freddie Roach even said that Marquez style will always give Manny problems.

Nobody can claim to have improved against a certain style when they have not faced the style that gave them problems. That just doesn't make any sense. A person will not now they have improved against that style until they face that style again to know for sure. To this day Manny has not faced that style yet I can't say that he has improved against that style and knows how to handle that style of fighter.

MOST maybe all floyds opponent LACKS stamina

and hatton is nu defence except for his face as his sheild!

and all of them doesnt have the workrate as great as pacquiao

I think the whole stamina argument is just an excuse, Mosley threw a lot of punches against Marg for the whole fight, yet he has no stamina? Fact is that even trying to get into position to land something solid on Floyd take a lot of effort. Mayweather has the great stamina, but it's his style that makes his opponents work harder then they've ever had to work.

You are reading what you want to read or not comprehending what you are reading. You pick which one it is but I will explain it again.

I am saying that Manny has not fought a fighter that has the same style as Marquez. So all these so called improvements that he has made has not come against a fighter with the same style as Marquez you all know the figther who gave Manny his toughest fights. So how do we all know that Manny has really improved against that STYLE of fighter when Manny has not faced that style of fighter since the 2nd Marquez fight. De la Hoya, Cotto and Clottey fight nothing like Marquez.

You or nobody can sit here and say that Manny has improved against that style when he has not faced that style.

That is like saying a football team with a poor run defense plays 3 straight games against teams that pass 80% of the time. When that teams run defense stats improve because they played against passing teams. That team comes out and says we fixed and improved our run defense. When the reality of it is they don't know that because for 3 straight games that have not played a team that runs the football.

last time i checked the majority 1st and 2nd round of his fight against cotto was in the pocket . and by the end of 2nd rd you could see who was getting the best of the exchanges . now while i dont think cotto is as good as mayweather in the pocket because he is a little more staionary and seems to have the "oh that punch didnt hurt me so ill stay here and take more "attitude instead of actually trying to avoid the punches. anyway anyone that says MANILLA ICE didnt improve based on that fight is lying

Agree. His Boxing IQ is what separate him from other Boxers in his division. I don't think he's the smartest Boxer in terms of Boxing IQ, but he is the smartest at 147. While other Boxers try to do something else even when what they're doing is working, Floyd doesn't do that. Again, it's the media and fans pressure that does that to other Boxers, they have to sacrifice their game plan just to please the crowd.

how many months he didnt have a fight?
and how old is he?

I agree. Floyd doesn't give a ****. He could make ugly or make it pretty. His ultimate goal is to get the W.
