    Answer this?

Do you still consider 1.4million ppv buys a success if they broke even in the cost of making the fight. Remember they projected 4million buys. Which means they went all out in promoting the fight.
how do you know how much money was invested?
most of your threads is you puttin out your oppinions as if they were fact like when you say golden boy promoted the shane mosley -maywather fight more than top rank promoted manny-miguel fight but where are the facts that back this up?

in business you will not always make a profit. Still as you said he probably got the word out to 100 Million ppl. Most of those did not buy PPV at the time but the buzz is out there. I'm certain that if the Fight happens in nov they will look back at the non profitable fight in May and say it was worth it...

        Make sense man don't pollute

cut the BS you and I know that is the truth, only people bitching about a PPV doing 1.4 million are Mayweather haters and Pacman fans, the second highest grossing PPV for a non-heavyweight match up in boxing history and you consider that a "Flop" are you SERIOUS?

had this been any other fighter doing the same numbers, people would be bragging about how successful it was, it is no way in hell this fight was going to do better then Mayweather vs Oscar, only fight that will do better then that is of course Mayweather vs Pacman

I think that was more of a tactic than a goal... they realisticly would have been overjoyed with 1.6m and I'm sure they are happy with 1.4... the tactic i speak on is by saying the fight will do a crazy # like 4m, is to give the impression that everybody doin' it so you should to...

no it tells me you are jus makin a bunch of dumb ass assumptions because you have no facts that show how much money was spent on promoting fights you are just sayin what you think and what you think means nothing since you don't personally know anything about what top rank or golden boy do with their money and how much money they use to promote a fight
