Manny's demands are pretty much standard. Weight penalty is a little absurd but Floyd has no problems making weight anyways. Floyd's new drug testing isn't exactly the standard. For that, they had to compromise, which was the 14-day offer. So at the end, Manny gets his weight penalty, and Floyd gets his drug testing with 14-day cutoff. The fight happens. Unless of course, you don't wan the fight to happen.

MOSLEY, PAC, MARQUEZ are the TRUE FIGHTERS since they're down to fight anyone.. but FLOYD knows how to WIN his fights.. HISTORY shows that the first 3 guys know how to FIGHT anyone but FLOYD knows how to WIN in the fights that he chooses. ALI was remembered cause he fought everyone near the top.
