Unless of course, you don't wan the fight to happen.
Likewise, Pac's weight penalty isn't standard. And just like Mayweather should have no intention of not making weight, Pac sould have no intention of using illegal PEDs. Therefore, if Mayweather can fully comply with the non-standard weight penalty if he has no intentions of cheating, Pac should have no problem complying fully with the non-standard USADA testing if he has no intentions of cheating.

Making weight is a common thing in boxing while USDA style drug testing is unpresedented. Even if pac only submits to partial tests he's still doing a 100times more testing for a fight then 98% of all the boxers who have ever stepped foot in a boxing ring. You forget that boxing has got on for more than a century before Floyd decided to make up rules for his fight.

Hit very well said. This is about business. Once that hurdle is crossed Floyd has to get his at least 60/40-70/30 cause Manny would certainly demand that if he were in Floyd's position which ye has proven many times.

Weight penalties is uncommon. It's more uncommon than OSTs. Pacquiao started that precedent.

People are so use to Pac having his way that they think he should. They fail to realize that Pac is not in the driver's seat in this fight. PBF stepped to the plate hard the firat time and Team Pac tried to play hardball and gpt countered with a crushing blow now their playing press games again when they vowed not to.

                      Floyd is too hesitant.

MOSLEY, PAC, MARQUEZ are the TRUE FIGHTERS since they're down to fight anyone.. but FLOYD knows how to WIN his fights.. HISTORY shows that the first 3 guys know how to FIGHT anyone but FLOYD knows how to WIN in the fights that he chooses. ALI was remembered cause he fought everyone near the top.
