    Floyd is moving Backwards.

PAC GOES CLOSER to the 14-DAY cutoff deal... FLOYD goes backward from it... PAC fairly and rationally proposes a 50-50 split deal... FLOYD backs off from the deal... WHAT THE HELL ARE PEOPLE GONNA THINK ABOUT YOU NOW FLOYD???

Maybe we just have to wait a bit longer?

Arum has confirmed that negotiations are officially underway.

Manny has reiterated his new stance on random blood testing, which is a huge positive if you really think about it.....

      * Manny is aware of the current negotiating situation, yet has publicly mentioned a cut-off, which eases the concerns over Mayweathers previous "no cut-off" stance

      * Arum has just publicly confirmed that negotiations are still continuing, perhaps also confirming that Mayweather's recent "I'm outa here" comments may have been misleading

Maybe we just need to waiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii iiit ?
yes ofcourse especially mos vs may cut off dates of drug testing are in doubt..

        You've got your story reversed.

Why is Manny agreeing to 14 days when he already knows what Floyd said months ago?

Because he knows Floyds words cant be taken seriously. Floyd speak nonsense most of the time.

Third, this new trend of fighters (actually, just Manny) setting the penalty is less common than OSTs. End of story.

Setting up the penalty? Fighters who don't make weight always get fined it's a pretty common practice and nothing new. Plus you are comparing a financial penalty to a blood test. One requires a check book the other required blood to be drawn. It's pretty obvious that one is diffrent than the other. The only thing Manny asked for was more Money if Floyd went over the agreed upon weight. What rule did he exactly make up? Somehow making a weight limit is some brand new thing???

And what weight class cause did Manny ignore ??? When did manny not make weight?

Yeah, setting up the penalty. Who sets it up, the NSAC or the fighter? Think a little.

And Pacquiao didn't make weight against Torrecampo.
