Third, this new trend of fighters (actually, just Manny) setting the penalty is less common than OSTs. End of story.

Setting up the penalty? Fighters who don't make weight always get fined it's a pretty common practice and nothing new. Plus you are comparing a financial penalty to a blood test. One requires a check book the other required blood to be drawn. It's pretty obvious that one is diffrent than the other. The only thing Manny asked for was more Money if Floyd went over the agreed upon weight. What rule did he exactly make up? Somehow making a weight limit is some brand new thing???
