    Very true, paper belts=

Pac has won 4 lineal titles. Lineal titles are not paper belts. They're real championship belts.

And how many fighters have won 4 or more lineal titles again?

Grabbing a strap at a time. Its like...David Diaz and Hatton are the only two fights pac had at 135/140, thus it sort of made it easier because its not like you have to clean out a division or even fight the best fighter to grab a belt.
Could you make that at the time, Hatton arguable was the best fighter at 140?

At the time it was between him and Bradley. It depends on who you would of gone with.

And, for the people that will say Bradley was no doubt. Remember this was in May 2009. So at that time Bradley was not clear cut best fighter in the division.

Name some guys around that time that he could have fought for belts besides the guys he did fight.

          Bump......

At that time Vivian Harris was better and more highly ranked then Corley, Bruseles, and Gatti was at 140. And, Harris had the WBA 140 pound title. Gatti was the bigger name so that is understandable. However, fighting Bruseles over Harris while you're Harris mandatory is not understandable. I don't care how anybody else would try to spin it.

At 147, Baldomir was the lineal champ. So fighting him is understandable. However, Margarito was the best WW at that and the longest reigning WW champ at that time.

At 154, at that time Dzinziruk and Spinks were better than that version of Oscar. But, Oscar was the bigger name and more money so again that is understandable.

The point is that at 140-154 he didn't fight the best champ until he fought Shane in May.

let me just explain this to you, while pacquiao was getting his arse knocked the f out as a professional and looking like a bum mayweather was sharpening his skills in the amateurs. He could have easily done the same thing and turned pro at 18 and gotten 2 belts at those low weight divisons with ease and he wouldnt have gotten knocked out like your idol pac. If pac was undefeated and didnt get knocked out on his way to the lower weight titles I would say that its a really impressive feat and probably wont be repeated but he got rocked and knocked out so im not even impressed with his first 2 belts....they came at a cost of 2 knockouts because he wasnt ready yet

Somebody will break it, soon the IBO would be a major sanctioning body. And, that will leave 5 titles in a division. Easier to break.

Manny has benefited from extra divisions and extra titles. But, again Pac accomplishing this feat is not easy. If it was so many great boxers that we have had in the last 30 years would have done it.

Hatton(in 140 lbs), cotto(140-147), mosley(in 154), margarito,p.will(147-154) instead he fought baldomir, judah, dela hoya( i understand about dela hoya because it was the biggest money he could get) and hatton in a weight class where collazo almost put him in the canvass.
