Don't be silly too many weight-classes and too many titles now for it not to be broken. In a few years the IBO will be recognized as a major sanctioning body. And, more weight-classes might be added in the future too, you never know.

I agree so what he paid his penalty, move on.

But what are you saying? So basically for non title fights you can do whatever you want?

not really you pay a fine no harm no foul

ok it's a foul and it takes a lot from Floyd's but Marquez did not lose his belt

How many fighters have started early? Matter of fact how many great fighters have started in their teens, and I mean HOF'ers and ATG's, how many of them won a lineal title by the age of 19?

And, name all of them cuz the list is very short.
Wake the F up you ******..... don't you understand how boxing used to work in the previous era?

Don't you know that Julio Ceaser Chavez had 43 professional fights before fighting for his first major strap.... Alexis Arguello had 39 before his first shot...... (and dont give me any bs about the heavyweights .... because we aren't comparing PAC to any heavyweights.... were comparing him to other accomplished fighters in and around his weight catagory)

Get off PAC's **** in your wet dream and get back to reality.... all this is just BS
