I would put him depending on the way he beats him, if he beats Mosley like he did to Oscar, he would still be #2 as much as I like Floyd

But people can't say Floyd's last 2 fights were BS cause he beat 2 hall of famers, 2 of the best of this era. Pacquiao just beat Clottey (Who has a -2 winning streak) And Cotto (Has a 2-2 record in his last 4 fights, and 1-3 in the eyes of many)

I wont bother responding to the ridiculous arguments from Pac fans, but yes, he should be considered P4P#1. Why wouldn't he?

Yes. Manny fights since his 2nd fight with JMM have all been opponents specifically favoring his style. I'd like Manny to beat someone like Berto, Collazo or meet Timothy Bradley at a catch-weight and win one of those before I consider him the number 1 p4p fighter.

                No..

Floyd still needs to beat Manny to get his top spot back..

Even with Mosley on the resume.. Pac resume is still better..

Depends on how he wins. It doesn't matter either way. It's all opinion in the end.

Yes, Mayweather is the true p4p1, especially after beating Mosley. These two guys were both ducked by Pacquiao.
