Shane's Past his prime but not ruined. Nobody has knocked him out let alone brutally beaten him like Margarito did to Cotto. And Shane did beat a top level fighter again in Margarito convincingly. Cotto didn't.

Saul Alavarez? Aside from being undefeated what has he done???

I dont know how you can rank him above Zaveck, Ndou or Jackiewicz who are all proven guys at 147. Alvarez has got skills but he is no way top 10

The age doesnt reflect if you are past it or not. Fights do

Mosley....Coming off his biggest win since DLH

Cotto - Been in alot of wars, Ruined by Margo. Barely beat Clottey

This is what you need to look at. Not the fights with Vernon Forrest (RIP) which were almost 8 years ago. Look at the form. Cotto was damaged goods when Pacquiao fought him. Right now Mosley is the man to beat at WW

Not a brutally beaten Cotto. When Freddie Roach calls your number to fight you...worry about where you are at in your career. That's why Floyd should be worried.

Freddie Roach was ruined at what...26 and told to retire by Eddie Futch?
Age is something to look at closely but it doesn't tell the full story.

Shane was good enough to be avoided by Pac but Cotto wasn't who got the fight.

my list isnt exactly scientific, its just based on talent/skill and outside of the top 3 is based on who i'd favor over the other. even right now as a 19 y/o i'd favor alvarez over zaveck, ndou or jackiewicz
