    Could Hagler beat ODLH? Yes.

    Could Hagler beat Cotto? Yes.

Could Hagler beat Clottey? Hell yes.

That pretty much tells me everything I need to know. Can't bring up MAB, EM, JMM, etc. Too low in weight. If you bring them up, it's 1st round kayo every fight for Hagler.
Forget about how hard Hagler would struggle trying to make WW, he would get absolutely slaughtered if he were to try and make 130. Morales would put him in a coma.

Hagler was beating great WWs and average fighters his own size, while Manny was beating good bigger guys.

Hagler is overrated,he fought WW,he had huge troubles with Duran,a lightweight.
The MW division in his time was really weak, that's why 2 WW and a lightweight gave him his bigger fights.

Hagler is a great fighter,no doubt, and he was nice guy with charisma, that's why people like him so much.
His stye was priceless, but he's OVERRATED by boxing fans.

And I dont even have Manny in my TOP 10 ATG.

LOL. He was overrated that two MW champions Hugo Corro and Rodrigo Valdez wanted no part of him. Hagler in nearly 70 fights never was dominated once. Name me one fight that the guy was totally outclassed? Hearns, Duran, Leonard are all top 50 fighters P4P. Pacquiao who although i rate slightly higher, has NEVER beat a top 50 P4P fighter. Hagler beat Briscoe a guy who scored a draw with the legendary Emile Griffith and gave Carlos Monzon a tough 15 RD fight. He beat John Mugabi who was 26-0 with 26 knockouts. THe MW division is called weak because Hagler beat good contenders. He beat Mustafa Hamsho a guy who beat Wilfred Benitez a top 80 P4P guy.

SRL wanted no part of Hagler until he saw Hagler had slowed down considerably. Hagler kept begging SRL to fight him-watch his post fight interviews especially the Roldan fight where he points to SRL who was sitting in the broadcast booth to fight him. Than we did fight here were the stipulations 1) SRL got a big ring so he can dance and get on his bike, 2)The glove size was dictated by SRL, 3) SRL got the fight to be 12 rounds instead of 15.
