cotto-marg was #1 vs. #2. it should have been for a ring belt.

since the belt wasn't on the line because floyd was still champion , the winner didn't become champ.

then marg-mosley was #1 vs. #3 because cotto was still considered #2 so even though the belt was now vacant , it still wasn't for the title.
